I like the heat this iron produces i just have two issues

After 8 months the metal pieces are coming loose 1the movable steel heat stand keeps falling off and 2 there is a small piece of copper coloured metal right where the cord enters the wand that has disengaged and just hangs there

The stand broke off the first time i used it and scratched the ceramic iron which was disappointing
