Haven’t tried them out yet but this item came really quickly and is exactly what i wanted, very happy with the band quality :)

The smaller ones 3lb5lb and 8lb have broken and the string came through

I did look at the exercises in the book but found that i didnt have the means at work to be able to use the door anchor our doors are fire doors so not enough clearance to get the strop between door and frame

This is the perfect addition to any home gym wouldnt recommend to use only these but it finished my gym off perfectly and are a lot cheaper than a cable fly machine and give a good stretch just have to be creative with positioning them
