The capsules are small and easy to *, with no odd aftertaste. The taste is a little strong so i * as fast as possible. Sometimes it's easy and sometimes i have an impossible situation with grip strength.

It's a bit early to start recommending it as a must have supplement for bodybuilding. The price is a little high for beta-ecdyster one, so something to consider, granted you are getting lab tested quality/purity.
