Pros
I love this banana bread mix, after adding the medium banana and eggs etc i also add extra walnut pieces about 1/2 to 3/4 cup. I prefer adding a ripe banana as it makes it taste really homemade. Liked the nuts, didn't expect that.
The cake is lighter as it doesn't use much bran. Used spatula to brush down powder at first. This mix makes a very good banana loaf with just a few simple steps.
Cons
Too bad bc thinks it needs so much sugar. You need to add bananas as it’s very bland without. Not a good banana bread.

Easy to make, the cake is lighter as it doesn’t use much bran.
Can also be made into individual cup-cakes - but use paper liners, as always with fruit batters that tend to stick more often.

I like how inexpensive, and easy it was to make delicious banana bread.
Great name brand at a great price.
But in volume for the cheapest price outside of grocery or walmarts.

Absolutely amazing for being in a box , only need 1 banana and cooks and smells delicious!
Came out really soft and yummymake sure you have a ripe banana to be included in the batter
Box recommends adding a squished banana and we did.

Dont expect to simply taste bannana from whipping up this mix because theres no bananna taste in the mix

I always double the recipes and use a larger 9x13 glass lasagna pan well buttered and with a bottom lining of parchment paper
