Pros

Cooked my spicy chili perfectly and evenly. The booklet that comes with the crock pot includes quite a few recipes. My daughter's first crockpot.

The color is beautiful and the size is perfect. Vibrant color, too. Great size for 2 persons and fabulous case.

Comes with a band that secures the lid at the top. Came with a tie down and a insulated carrying case. I appreciate the carrying case and that strap that holds the cover tight.

Cons

Apparently they want me to reorder the same item. Cooks to hot to be a slow cooker. You put something in this thing and walk away your going to burn it. It looks like the crockpot could have been used or returned.
