Pros & Cons
Pros
This mix makes 24 cookies, in two batches. My only criticism is i wish the chocolate chips were darker. The mix is also a great if you want to add some things and adapts well to different ratios, temps and cooking times if you are feeling wild.
These cookies are by far mt favorite gluten free chocolate chip cookie. Even non celiac people love them. Gf products are a great thing for those who suffer from ibs, celiac andcrohns ailments. Price point is a little less than the grocery store.
Cons
It makes well but is incredibly unhealthy.
