Pros

Overall it doesn't disappoint. It cooks medium sized pies perfectly. Cooking times vary & it takes a little practice w timing depending on whether the item is frozen or thawed.

It gets really hot so no need for temp control.

Cons

It heats up but does not stay hot. When using this product there is no release for the moisture which i think is the basis for the problem. Not a desirable pizza crust.

Unfortunately, it is unusable (unsafe? Did not last for only a few pizzas. After writing repeatedly to amazon, my refund was processed.
