The recipes are easy to follow there are no unusual or hardtofind ingredients it is nice how the spiral bound book lays flat and there seems to be a lot of pictures

I must admit those memories of tasteless dry and mundame meals made me shudder but i decided to get to the computer and see if there were any cookbooks that had some decent sounding recipes and good reviews

He is not disappointed with any of the recipes i have made so far and i havent even begun to get through the whole book
