Pros

This is a great book to help you control and lose weight without resorting to a fad diet or meal replacement plan. Food tastes great and looks at the calories you can eat 4 times a day and still be at 1200 calories a day.

Each recipe makes enough food for me to fill about 6 portion control containers with the leftovers.

Cons

I was disapointed with this cook book. The soups, and chilis, etc makes it frustrating to know exactly how much a serving is. The jacket has a small tear and some of the pages inside are crumpled.
