There are sections on1 spice blends2 snacks and appetizers3 rice and bread4 chutneys and pickles5 vegetarian and vegan dishes6 meat and poultry dishes7 fish and seafood8 drinks and dessertsas you can imagine this makes a fairly large book with about 250 pages total
