I do think it's best to try to place your order in such a way that you can be home when the package arrives, at least in the summer.

Also, the package comes with an ice pack and even in 100-degree weather, the ovals were not melted.
It came packed with a very small ice pack which had melted, but was still cool to touch.

And it helps for sure but i feel like its got a fairly weak effect its super low concentration of course and it wasnt appreciably bringing back my clitoris which im not kidding seemed to have shrunk

Local dhea like this has been shown in clinical studies to actually improve libido unlike estrogen cream btw

But i wasnt even hoping for it i just wanted to fix the slide into incontinence or chronic urinary tract infections like a lot of people get with untreated gsm
