It actually did irritate at first, but after the micro abrasions healed, i feel no discomfort from the product.
The bottle is bigger for the expansion of the product.
The bottle top doesn't seal well and liquid leaks and accumulates around the top, a waste for such an expensive product.

The bottle lasted over a month but the price is at or better than a few natural/ organic supplements i tried so i don't think it's too bad.
