Pros & Cons
Pros
Bfr really works for me! The design is the best and easiest to use. Quality is great and was priced fairly when i purchased mine. Good stretchy quality.
Cons
These are meant for people with 20+ biceps. Hard to prevent it from pinching the skin if you want to close the buckle. The buckle and bands feels really cheap.

Thanks to this product i’m back at building strength and muscle again.
I don't bother with the excess strap loops and instead, just tuck the excess.
You will be surprised of the pump you get with just 30% of the maximum weight you lift.
Packaging/appearance
Careful not to get your armpit hair trapped in the clip!

I am using them for my upper legs/under glute area!
