Not that it was a cheap material but the softness wasnt like the oem one so you really had to shimmy the top half of the airbox in to the rear notches

I actually had to also shimmy forward the filter so i can just wedge the tabs into the notches and then shimmy side to side to work the top shell into alignment

After that it seemed to latch down ok
