Pros

The bialetti is a very nice simply italian non-stick saute pan in size 10 inch. It's just a bit deeper and has steeper walls than the 10 inch pan it's replacing. Very nice looking pan.

It cleans easily -- handwash only (no dishwasher) and use utensils made of wood, plastic or high temperature silicone. I wash it by hand because i don't want the harshess of the dishwasher to shorten it's life.

The nonstick coating appears to be of high quality, and cleaned easily when i intentionally prepared well done parmesan crisps. Can be used on all stove tops but not oven safe.

It's great for a grilled cheese or two, a few sausages, an omelet. The pan itself heats very quickly, and it heats evenly.

Cons

Bialetti only offers an exchange for same junk product on their warranty program. Well now, that's pretty useless. Epic fail after maybe a half dozen uses.
