Pros

I like lavazza coffee for the taste and smoothness and now with this pot, the flavor is over the moon! I also like grinding my own beans so they're fresh.

They make them easily assessable to the public. Craftsmanship is more than satisfactory. It's got a sturdy build and is easy to use as well.

Cons

It doesn't bother me that the interior is a dull grey aluminum, it's that it means the chrome plate dissolved while using it - so ended up in the coffee. Water spurts out of the seal while boiling. It makes a terrible mess of my kitchen with bad seals... Read More

Classic piece, lots of imitation products even from the bialetti brand

And it’s not really that much more than a press if done pretty quickly.

I did as some of the other reviews stated and made about 4 brew and waste cycles before making my own.

Price

Even my local coffee shops are getting very expensive so having this will save us tons of money in the long run.

It was very good and hopefully will save me a lot of money from having to purchase coffees from the big companies.

It's far cheaper than a full espresso setup and you don't get locked into a pod system.

I have every type of espresso maker on the market cluttering my counter (and attic), some of them costing a small fortune.

Shipping

There was a little issue with shipping.

But this company took responsibility and really helped me get my package quickly after the little blip.

Packaging/appearance

Note for amazon: the package arrived in very bad shape.

I use lavazza ground espresso in it and gently pack it in.

There were a few errant metal particles in the box which concerned me that the quality was not good.
