Good quality even if made in china.
This pan is really a good quality product, good balanced, even heat spread, very easy to clean, sturdy with good handle.
We recently bought this as a replacement of our other bialetti frying pan, which that one lasted through constant use for 10 years.
The highest i ever heat it to is medium high and that is more than enough for it to heat quickly and cook evenly.
Price
Figure out what it costs you daily, and it doesn't seem bad at all.
If it's worth it to you to have a good non-stick pan for a year at this cost, then you will be pleased.
Competitiveness
Both this and my smaller one have held up admirably, much better than any similarly-priced non-stick pans i have owned.
Coating is lasting longer than most nonstick pans i have owned, including higher end brands like pamp chef.
Lasted about two years before i tossed it, and went through two different "nicer" pans before buying another one of these.

It is a thin frying pan and so long as you arent expecting something heavysolid you wont be disappointed
