Pros

The ceramic coating makes for a really smooth, very nonstick surface that’s easy to use and to clean. Use this pan several days a week. The ceramic surface is very durable and upkeep is pretty easy.

I love that they have the rubberized coating on the handles. Cooks evenly and cleans up easily. Heavy and large enough foe several of our special recipes.

Cons

Bialetti ceramic pots and pans are overrated. One pan has a chunk of the ceramic missing after only a couple months of use. The cleaning becomes harder and harder and i am seriously considering replacing the whole set.

Handle was broken off during shipment. Instead there was a small aluminum piece with threads that was welded on to the side of the griddle. Felt cheated with the original website description. Literal garbage. Both handles constantly come loose, i pret... Read More
