Non-Stick Performance

Customers have had long-lasting experiences with the non-stick performance of these pans, despite some minor issues like the red coating coming off and the inability to use metal utensils or put them in the dishwasher. The pans cook evenly and clean up easily, making them a favorite for gourmet cooking and daily use.

Durability

Customers have had mixed experiences with the durability of the griddle, with some reporting issues with the plastic handles melting and releasing fumes, while others have used it extensively for over a year without significant problems. The company considers these issues as normal wear and tear and does not offer warranty coverage.
