Quality
For me, it's hard to lift and pour with one hand, but a little too hot to hold the outside with the other hand.
It is truly high quality and beautiful.
It's a decent capacity, looks great and feels nice but i'm not 100% happy with the water being exposed to tubing etc.
They work great and look good too (though i put the side with the logo on it facing the wall).
Packaging/appearance
I like that no plastic is inside the kettle.
I was surprised to see the line inside the kettle for minimum at 2.

Been using this for 2yrs, multiple times a day, without any issues.

It does not allow you to set to any particular temperatureits all or nothing

The two biggest drawbacks are that it is really heavy when filled with water and that there is no way to gauge how much water is inside no external gauge without looking into the pot itself
