Pros

Set your timer for 4 minutes and put on the stove on high.

Works like a charm, is all stainless steel, and is very well made. Looks good and makes great stovetop espresso. The only complaints i have is sometimes it leaks out the sides.

No corrosion. Can be washed after every use with no deterioration to product.

This one is highly recommended. The fit is right. Looks great too. Love the bigger format here.

Coffee is pressed upward through the filter. Beyond that, it makes a great tasting cup.

Cons

There is a screw on the underside close to where handle and upper half meet, but it doesn't tighten up a loose handle. The lid is flimsy and i can't imagine it lasting a few months as it's already almost broken off after only a week of ownership.

This moka pot is not stainless. It is too small to work on any of the induction burners on my range. The stove turns itself off as if the pot had been removed.

The coffee maker seems to be clogged from the moment i bought it. The filler has short shaft so the water in the boiler does not come out completely. No matter what i do, lots of steam comes out from the sides between the two halves instead of up into... Read More

I have used this espresso pot nearly every day for the past year or so, and my husband & i are very happy with the espresso it makes.

Best quality pot for 4 cup moka

The top of the pot doesn't get very hot - with the aluminum pot, the whole thing is hot.

I really like the flavor - there is no metallic taste that i experienced with the original model, which is aluminum.

I ordered the bialetti pot because it was constructed with stainless steel.

Makes for a satisfying cappuccino and if you add a frother it's a great tasting coffee
