Pros

This easy to clean and durable pan is the bomb. Does a great job browning food evenly. Very tolerant of being off-center on the burner, owing to its thickness.

The non stick coating is good. I like most that nothing ever sticks in this skillet.

It is vey easy to take care of without a lot of fuss. The outside is easy to clean too. I'm amazed how cleanly this releases food. Cleans up well.

Cons

The pan is less than a month old! There is literally grease stuck to the bottom of this pan. It saturates through my cook top grills, not to mention the amount of smoke this pan emits when i fry with it. I have a smaller one just like this, but this o... Read More
