Pros

The bialetti impact pan is my current go-to pan for everything. Fries bacon to crisp and delicious. Great for frying chicken, just about anything. Works great for sautéing, simmering, and braising veg.

Cleanup is a matter of warm, soapy water and a soft brush. Only negative is that after having it for a few months it has a lot of scorch marks on it that won't come off no matter how hard i scrub!

It browns, and distributes heat wonderfully. We use it on our glass top stove and it heats up evenly.

Cons

The warranty only covers manufacturing defects yet they advertise it as a lifetime warranty. Completely subjective. But it's brownish now over much of its surface and food is sticking.
