Highlights
Quality
Great size, durable, well-made product, we enjoy it.
Great design, easy to use, and don’t need to boil the milk.
I bought this milk frother because i had two cappuccino machines from delongui that i loved, but both broke within a year.
But after only a couple of months of use, the new one's handle showed cracks!
Price
I didn’t want to spend the $$ for a steamer, so this will do fine
Competitiveness
I lived in italy and bialetti is the best brand for all coffee related items
Had other milk frothers, including a breville espresso machine with steamer ($400 or so) and this works better.

Bialetti this time decided to use as little plastic as possible so when you are trying to froth the milk the thing wobbles because the lid is very light weigh
