Sold our unreliable gaggia coffee machine after buying a new induction hob.

Had to get one to replace the old aluminium version because new kitchen has induction hob only

Its a good buy but like all bialettis never let it boil dry you will damage the seal

Have found not all induction cookware works on induction hobs but this has never failed us

If i put on high setting the water boils and burns the coffee and compromises the taste making it very very bitter
