Bialetti moka pots are the best but this company sends out bialetti with quality faults. When you message them they are rude and refuse to help.

Just dont screw the base on too tight as the bottom part on the larger 6 cup version is quite hard to get hold of when it comes to taking it apart

But compared to the classic moka design a couple of aspects have frustrated me

The seal on mine is less effective than the one on my old moka so i have to tighten it more to stop water fizzling out of the sides

When the time comes to wash it later the smooth rounded base is much more difficult to grip especially with wet hands so undoing the tight seal can be very difficult
