Pros

Cleaning is a breeze; the coffee maker disassembles easily for thorough cleaning. Don't overfill. It brews the ideal amount without any waste.

This moka (stove top 'espresso' maker) is amazing. It looks are far more appealing than my crusty old trapezoidal aluminum moka espresso pot. This moca pot is very well made.

Cons

The coffee basket/funnel is not stainless steel as implied. It is mostly from the area at the bottom of the carafe part.

Quality of this item is sub-par for bialetti. Extremely surprised that a brand like bialsetti manufactures and sells such cheap junk.

Espresso cups are 2-3 ounces. This one is useless because no matter how tight i close the water chamber it always leaks and takes a long time to brew the whole batch.

I was looking for something to make espresso that didn’t cost a car payment and didn’t take up more counter space and this is perfect.

That is just a marketing ploy to get you to buy expensive "special" detergent.

It’s the best to use for the closest thing to espresso you can get without paying $700 for a big heavy & bulky machine!
