Gasket seems to be slightly smaller than the diameter of my coffee maker so it doesn't seal completely and therefore the hot water can't be pushed up through. The gasket that fits is 2.

After installing the new disc and gasket, the pot refuses to brew. This makes it difficult to get a good pressure seal and thus steam leaks out of the side when brewing. Can no longer recommend bialetti or their moka pot.

Even though my espresso coffee maker, 6 cups, is not a bialetti these gasket and filters fit perfectly.
