The biggest difference is with the seal, it's prefect. The handle is ergonomic so it’s easy to pick up from the stove top. It is easy to clean, durable.

No matter how tight i screw on the lid, it just spews water/coffee out the sides. Spout for where the water comes out is also higher than the pot itself and that seems dangerous if not coffee were to spew out and the lid isn't shut tight.
It feels like there’s a flaw in the thread. Just don't get it here. And it is very temperamental. Too fine.
