Pros

Enough coffee for everyone, fast, great flavour, easy to clean and chic design. Now they just need to make one the size of a small bucket for when you have friends round. Makes 2 large mugs of great coffee.

I heat the coffee pot on a low heat and let it brew, immediately taking the pot off the heat when you hear the boiling - spluttering sound. Always always wipe any ground coffee from the top rim of the bottom water vessel and the rubber seal before you...  Read More

Cons

The silicone ring on the bialetti wasn't thick enough to form a proper seal. The water reservoir keeps rusting on the inside. Some of these just don’t seal correctly, regardless of the care used in * the chambers together.

Quality

This seems to be well made and robust.

Stylish and very sturdy makes a lovely cup of coffee

I would not purchase an aluminum one stick to the stainless steel construction.

I've tried a few makes of this model but there is nothing like a bialetti original.

Price

This for £30 is amazing, makes perfect coffee.

I read many mixed reviews for this coffee maker but bought it anyway at a great price.

Shipping

Arrived earlier than expected and nicely packaged, would recommend.

Replacing my gas cooker to electric induction job meant splashing out on a new set of pots this works a treat had no experience of leakage like other reviews

I would like to clarify that this product does indeed work on an electric induction hob even though the product description does contradict itself

A little tip always always wipe any ground coffee from the top rim of the bottom water vessel and the rubber seal before you screw both halves together

I didnt have any issues with water steaming over the top of the coffee maker as some reviewers have mentioned just need to avoid overfilling the lower compartment of the device

I read a lot of the bad reviews on this and have to say it’s folk that don’t know what they are talking about 3 tea spoons of the coffee of your choice makes a large mug if you run hot water all over it when you take it apart rub your finger over the oil that comes from coffee job done don’t use the handle to tighten or when your taking it apart you won’t have any problems i will happily answer any questions
