It has an all-metal structure that enables it to sustain up to 70oz. It's sturdy, adjustable, and easy to use. The arm itself is fairly sturdy, almost surprisingly so.
I'm satisfied with the product and it works great as intended! It definitely is good. Very satisfied.
Cons
Blue yeti looks nice, but is not flexible at all. Knobs that lock each joint in place are plastic and feel flimsy. Mic attatchment screw is extremely finicky.
Item is all cheaply built. Save yourself the hassle and keep looking.

Without trying to be too exaggerative, my old boom are dwarfs in comparison to how good this one is.
I bought this for a smaller condenser (lewitt 440 pure) which is lighter weight than many mics.
