In terms of sound quality being that they have the aptx codec these headphones sound crystal clear with both listening to music and listening to speaking audio podcasts youtube etc just make sure you have it enabled in your bluetooth device settings as it might not be enabled by default

With extended use they are comfortable and generally stay in the ear although you may have to adjust them in your ear after a while if you have above average sized ears like me
