Took about 20 or more big sized breaths to blow up so i may be purchasing the bag pump they sell for it but im kind of disappointed that wasnt included already since it wouldnt have taken much to turn the exist stuff sack into a pump

Im wide in the shoulders and a normal 72x20 pad allows my shoulders to drop off the sides very uncomfortable
