Pros & Cons
Pros
If any inanimate object can cause a well-spring of affection, this one certainly does. The best part is how small it packs down and fits into my backpack. Also, theres 3 mesh pockets to put your glasses in & the like.
The vestibule can be rolled back for air flow, staked out to form a little enclosure, or use your hiking poles to make a little covered porch. These lightweight stakes bend with pounding. Made a believer out 0f me.
Cons
The material is too thin and mine immediately had two tiny holes in the fly rendering it useless in rain. The hole is in the middle of the fly. Rendering it useless.
Highlights
Quality
It is very well made and very easy to set up.
Light weight, easy set up and roomy.
I have 2 titanium stakes that i "push" in (they only go in this ground about an inch!
I bought this tent specifically because i backpack in the desert & the ground is too hard (really rock), to get stakes in.
Price
Add the ground sheet which sadly, big agnes rapes their customers on the cost, and it's still under 3 lbs .
Shipping
I was willing to pay them to just get it retape.
Packaging/appearance
My bigger pack did fine out under the vestibule, which i loved the versatility of.
Competitiveness
I bought and returned it after comparing it to the copper spur.

Some people say the extra 4 oz is worth the room but i disagree as i have been cold in larger two man tents with too much air space
