Now on to the product:it is very light, and spacious- perfect for 2 adults, snug for 3 (as is common with tent sizing).
Have had this tent for 3 years and just bought one for my son for his birthday.
The tent was fully guyed out and pitched properly.
Has been tested in the worst conditions, 45 mile per hour wind and pouring rain.
Price
I suggest getting a lightweight inexpensive tarp as a footprint / ground sheet.
I bought the 3 person because at the time it was $50 less than the 2 person.

You dont 34have34 to have one but they do help extend the life of your floor of any tent

One may also want to pick up a few extra lightweight tent stakes

Enough come with it for basic tie down but if you need to stake all points on the tent and rain fly due to bad weather youll need a few extra stakes
