Desptie my multiple cleaning and regular use the berkey system would always develop some kind of weird smell and taste in the water after a few days of regular use
I believe the red food colouring to be very misleading and unscientific as red food colouring mostly are bigger particles than a lot of the contaminants in city water
I had decent tasting water for a few days and yes the red food coloring test did work
Berkey and nmc is not certified by the nsf
