Pros
Our hitters love to use it for drill work in the cage. Our pitchers utilize it during their bullpen sessions. It's used often to work on both hitting and pitching drills.
Works perfect for strengthening, balance and accuracy. We have over a 100 of our athletes use and have seen the results. It's like having an extra coach at practice! This is perfect for the youth player.
Cons
The bands are way too strong. Seems like an expensive piece of equipment that does nothing but train an unsuspecting parents bank account.
