This is the price you pay for being stubborn it is an absolute joy to be able to use this big red rooster sound sleeping device it has many timer settings and sounds and my personal preferences are for the rain or the thunder with my least favourite being summer night but you can judge for yourself as there is a snippet of all of them on my little clip

You can set it to the ocean setting for example doze off to sleep and imagine that youre on a beach somewhere

Im finally sleeping ok not 8 hours but far more than i was and it helps to drown out those daytime thoughts that buzz annoyingly around in your head you know the ones dont you fellow insomniacs
