Adjustable Voltage
Customers have mixed opinions about adjusting voltage with the BIGTREETECH stepper motor driver. Some found it easy to set voltages and appreciated the ability to fine-tune power going to their stepper motors through menus on their printers. However, others encountered challenges such as needing to remove pins or install custom firmware for sensorless homing. Overall, customers reported positive experiences with the motor drivers after some adjustments.
Heat Sink Attachment
Customers have generally positive feedback regarding the heat sink attachment of the BIGTREETECH stepper motor drivers. Some users mentioned that they come with decent heatsinks and work well for cooling down the motors, while others noted that they had to attach the heatsinks themselves in previous purchases. The drivers are praised for their ability to prevent skipped steps due to overheating, and some users have successfully used them as a drop-in replacement for stock drivers on their 3D printers. However, there is a mention of an incident where one user's TMC2209 driver caught fire
Quiet Operation
Customers have generally positive feedback about the quiet operation of the BIGTREETECH Stepstick Mute TMC2130 V3.0 Stepper Motor Drivers with Heat Sink. Many users mentioned that these drivers run their printers much quieter than previous ones they've owned, allowing them to sleep next to their printer without disturbance. However, a small group of customers had issues with the drivers not responding to SPI commands or experiencing motor skipping during fast retracts.
Noise Reduction
Customers have mixed opinions on the noise reduction capabilities of the BIGTREETECH Stepstick Mute TMC2130 V3.0 Stepper Motor Drivers, but generally positive. Some customers reported significant noise reduction and improved print quality after installation, while others found no noticeable difference or even a preference for their previous drivers due to higher torque.

Works perfectly after installing and adjusting voltages.
The motors still feel like room temp and the extruder is skipping steps on fast retracts.
Between them and the marlin software it has made a huge jump in print quality and got rid of the noise along with the steppers getting hot.
Price
My printer can support the newer tmc2209 drivers but this was an inexpensive and quick method to silence the stepper motors.
If noise is more of an issue than money, these are for you.
Shipping
Had a small issue with shipping but the company made it right.
Packaging/appearance
They are packed full of features, easy to install, and drive the steppers with no issue.
Great quality and packaging however there was one heatsinks missing, that is btts fault and not the sellers.
