Pros
The mat itself is super rugged - almost like a pliable truck bed liner. It's durable and best part is that my can't isn't drawn to scratching it since it isn't squishy like my other mat.
This mat is perfect for the peleton bike. It is a good utility mat which i use just for my cycle trainer.
This mat is a lifesaver for our carpet! I have it on carpet and haven't had any problems with it peeling in the corners. It sits on a low pile rug, stays nice and flat and doesn’t buckle from the cycle weight.
The top is a glossy black textured finish. The bottom is matte and offers a nice grippy surface. Non-skid surface top and bottom keeps it from being a trip hazard.
Cons
Otherwise the matt works well if only it does not peel.

Scratched on first dismount from bike due to the cleats.

Be aware that offgassing is pronounced the first few days but the smell dies down soon enough
