These mats are perfect for my rowing machine. Keeps the rower from moving on my epoxy basement floor. Just the right thickness to protect your hardwood floors.

The stability it provides while on carpet is incredible.

It arrived with a strong plastic/foamy odor, but it dissappear after 24hrs of airing it out.
