Sizing seems correct (i'm close to the top range mentioned in product description. They are reasonably snug which i like since i don’t really need heavy duty protection.

Cons

Top of the pant is about 2 inches below my navel. After only wearing them for about a month the plastic in the seat area of the pants became stiff.
