Highlights
Quality
The fit, finish, and materials used are of very good quality.
It has a good, sturdy build with an equally solid power supply.
It’s low power, and only uses 1 type of screw, in case you want to take it apart, and see if anything’s wrong with it.
I particularly like passive cooling wherever possible because fans fail leading to overheating and catastrophic device failure.
Price
✔ low price point and good value.
Overall a great option for the money, 100% would recommend!
And for only $27 it's not going to break the bank.
For this purpose, at this price, this is just fine.
