The card is compact for most rigs, easy to plug in. Chipset is realtek so drivers aren't an issue. It supports linux and windows operating systems.
It's ideal for handling large file transfers and demanding network tasks. Performance wise, a quick test shows that it's at least capable of roughly 937 mb/s and that's good enough for me. Nice 2. G nic. Very goot value.

It adds a 4 seconds 34boot34 screen before the bios when you turn on your computer and theres no way to switch it off you can supposedly turn it off the boot settings for this card but it doesnt work

This device is set to 1 gig by default and you need to change it to its full 2

This is a plug play device for a windowsbased machine but not so for a linux computer

It doesnt appear that you can disable this 34option34 so at a minimum it adds 1 second to your boot time

Unless youre doing mass downloads from the internet you wouldnt notice a huge difference over a standard gigabit card but thats more about the weakest link in the transfer chain than the card were taking about
