Pros & Cons
Pros
Although the build quality is a bit shoddy, it’s a budget network switch that makes up for it in terms of specs and raw performance. Overall performance is on par with other gigabit switches on my stack. The switch performs perfectly and i like the pr... Read More
The binardat 5 port multi-gigabit switch works well. This 5-port 10/100/1000 mbps ethernet switch is pretty small and fits in a tightest space. The fact it's gigabit is nice if you want to use it for non-camera type devices.
This is a simple network device, you give it power, plug in your uplink cable and then plug in poe or non-poe devices you need to connect. They manage the wired connections to the cameras, and the poe feature means i don't have to run separate power w... Read More
I also have a router pugged into it to act as a wifi extender. Both devices work great and i have yet to experience a drop in connection or any sort of issue whatsoever.
This splitter works as advertised and that is what matters. At my house, we have gigabit which means the 2. The 2. Plug is a good way to take advantage.

Competitiveness
Not only does this switch have fantastic performance but it is very, very well priced in comparison to other options.
My devices all negotiated gigabit speeds and as far as i could tell i was really achieving gigabit.
