The solid metal housing dissipates heat really well and network performance seems to be steady and at full spead.
This product is well made and worked excellently for my particular application, so it receives the top rating from me!
The unit has no fan, makes no noise and does not get hot.
The feature set this switch has occupies an odd space.

This is the price/performance sweetspot for an item like this.

It is a nice size for handling the power and heat dissipation without a fan but not too large

It does have one vlan support so if your router can be configured for vlans then you can isolate your cameras from the rest of your network or a home lab etc

Based on the size and what the power supply looks like on this switch i think they have overrated the poe power id cut that number in half at least
