Great lightweight headset and noise cancelling good in very busy control room
The curly telephone wires eventually curl up into themselves, followed by the straight wire and it makes it extremely uncomfortable to use.
Sound quality was crystal clear-for a phone and both voice and sound were not 'choppy' both in receiving and making calls.

We've bought so many ridiculously priced headsets over the years and all had sound issues, could of bought 20 of these for the price of 1.

We bought these to go with our yealink desk phones but found that the overall sound levels for both microphone and speakers a bit too low

Our office is alongside a major town road and with the windows open the background noise level in the office is quite high

Unfortunately these headsets were just not loud enough to allow easy phone conversations and so we had to go for oem units at nearly 4 times the price

I can hear my clients dont get me wrong the clarity could be better but then i would expect to be paying a lot more for that at least £200
