If youve got your personnal radio and it has a big antenna on it sticking up in back of you you can alleviate it from getting hung up on equipment by utilizing and extension cable

Attach your radio pouch as low as you can on the rear of your vest plate carrier molle gear or field equipment

Now using this cable attach to where your antenna would go and weave it into your straps of your field equipment up over which ever shoulder that you are not using to shoulder your weapon on

Now your radio doesnt have a large snag point sticking up behind you and your equipment is now your antenna mast

I use this to run along my back plate carrier so that the antenna doesnt get in the way in the front pouch of my armored plate carrier

Over the long term im worried about how it is going to hold up to flexing around the connectors as when it bends it looks to be under a lot of strain
