Pros
Very good product.

There is no way these will fit rg 400 etc. Not worth the effort to send back.

I would have though that the connector was supposed to be pushed down over the ferrule until the jacket meets the nut but if yo do that with rg58 the crimp sleeve wont fit over the jacket

So first slide a piece of heat shrink tubing not included double the length of the crimp sleeve over the cable then trim the jacket back 12mm trim the braid back about 5mm leaving 7mm then trim 3 mm off the dielectrc to expose the center conductor

Solder the center conductor then push it into the shell until its just slightly shorter than the connector rim
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
At that point the braid should be touching the connector nut and the jacket should be touching the end of the ferrule but not slide over it
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
The crimp sleeve only crimps the braid to the ferrule not the jacket
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
Crimp the sleeve then slide the heat shrink over the crimp sleeve and shrink
