Got this for an asrock b550 pg with the bracket for these wifi adapters and an m.
It was a little tricky getting them to snap onto the wireless card since they are so fragile.

So yeah it's an antenna, it works, and it's the cheapest i found on amazon.

Care does have to be taken when attaching to the wifi card as the connectors have to be almost pefectly aligned
